"Rita has been our agent for several years. She has helped us both buy a home, and when it came time - to sell that home. In both instances, she expertly navigated the system for us, quelled our uncertainties, and talked us through the inevitable speed bumps along the road. In selling our home, the market was extremely uncertain. She held our hands throughout the process, and told us to have faith when we got cold feet. Not only did we sell quickly, we also got the price we wanted. I couldn't recommend Rita's services more!"
