I am a nationally Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) since 2000. There are 950,000 members of the National Association of Realtors and only 5% are CRS certified one of the highest designations awarded to sales associates in the residential field.
In 2007, I also became a Senior Real Estate Specialist a designation from the National Association of Realtors. Created for Realtors® who want to excel in the real estate needs of maturing Americans, the new SRES course was designed and conferred by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors in March 2007.
